So I weighed in at JC a day early because I had a wedding shower after school on Thursday. I actually had thought I gained but thankfully I had at least stayed the same. This is 3 weeks of plateauing. It's time to do something different. Last week I did 2 days of Tae-Bo to switch things up but apparently that didn't work. So, I'm going to do something that isn't my favorite option: I chose to start a Planned menu by JC that is exactly 1200 calories for each day. I'm usually always around those calories when I pick my own meals but the Planned option is a more strict configuration of those calories, and it switched up my diet. It makes me eat things that I would never usually order because I don't like them or they don't fill me up. For example, cereal for whatever reason just does not do the job. I'm hoping that if I switch up my diet with a lot of differen foods this will help. Wish me luck!
